What is Professional Practice

Professional Practice is where a student is required to extend knowledge and skills within a practical environment.

For example, an Occupational Therapy/Physiotherapy student will be required as part of their degree to go out into their field, either at a hospital or clinic and train under supervision to gain the experience and skills required in a practical environment.
